Mobile botoom menue and caching problems

when ever i try to edit the bottom sticky menu at the the bottom in mobile view i can’t open the page edit in customizer, even though there is a green gear appears but nothing shows in the edit tab

also when clicking on the account icon in that bottom menu the margins are broken

and the biggest problem is that i opened a ticket with a problem about theme caching and when ever i make any small change i need to hard refresh the page (no one answered)

other problem of that is i cant view any new changes in mobile no matter how much i tried to purge – empty cache even using 3rd party plugin (W3 cache) i can even view changes on desktop only after hard refreshing.

Note that i don’t want to use the AMP plugin because it ruins the site look

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
1/ Theme Options > Mobile pannel > delete all default elements and add new ones from scratch.
2/ Record a video of problems. Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.

Also, you did not provide a video of the cache issue. We need that to understand what you change and what changes are still missing.

the problem is when i change anything via elementor or via your theme customizer it’s not shwoing after refreshing the page normally, you can try it yourself

on the phone it’s even worse no matter how i try to hard refresh it’s not working at all untill i open incognito mode which is not ideal at all.
