Hello. There is a problem in the Mobile Menu. It looks correct when setting it in the Theme customization section from the panel. However, the bottom bar is problematic when viewed from the phone.

    Hello, Akindemiroz,

Theme Option > General > Mobile Content Optimization > Off. Then clear cache of browser on your mobile and check the result.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

Doing so complicates things even more. If I do this, its menu on the desktop version also appears on the mobile version. This issue is available on the Home page and the Single product page. It looks normal in the store and on my account page

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @akindemiroz,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before making any changes.

Please also provide your site’s WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it for you on your site.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team

Thanks. It was fixed by turning off Mobile caching from WpRocket Settings. I wish you good work.
