Mobile Bottom Menu on Desktop and Tablet

Hello I want to know if there is a way to make the mobile bottom menu also visible on tablet and desktop because I want on my new website like on the Burger King website a bottom menu!
Is there a way where I change something in a theme files or so?

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.
