Mobile Drop down menu not working nor my off-canvas

Hi there,

I have installed the theme in my staging website.
However there are some issues as listed below.

1- Mobile Drop down menu not working (before it was working but now it’s not opening the drop down list

2- On my mobile device, the off-canvas/dropdown slide in the customized mobile panel menu located in the footer section is not working. Instead of sliding in, it links to a page. (Same issue as it was working before but now not working)

3- Need to add Trending search on my mobile menu (where the search bar showing up)

Can you please advice asap.

1,2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
(https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the problem.

3/ https://gyazo.com/2ed5dede9dbb8227a4e9ac5e7b2d4a9a There is no such option, unfortunately.

Thank you for your response.

The plugin was “PRO Elements” when I deactivated my menu and other issues has been solved.

However, I still can’t copy anything from xstore
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/design-elements/

I need so many things from there.. please advice me the solution for this.

Secondly, there is huge gap between home page content and footer. (attached is screen shot)

Lastly, the website seems very slow, please advice me how to improve the website. I m about the launch the website soon I really need your advice if anyway i can improve and use all the functions.

There is till some glitch i found like (the number in footer is not showing and sometime it dose.. please check it is there anything wrong?

P.S. Trending search, i have seen in many website why i can’t use it here?
