Dear Support,
I am a bit frustrated because one of the reasons why I have selected your theme was the intrinsic capability to be mobile friendly.
Everything was fine (mobile friendly) until I updated the theme to 3.4 version. After this update, google states that the website is no longer website friendly:
– Clickable elements too close together
– Content wider than screen
Could you please help me in order to make the website mobile friendly again? Is there something you could do in order to change the coding?
Thanks in advance.
F.
Hello,
We’ checked our test site that use latest version of theme and all works fine. But with your site you may see – http://prntscr.com/ht8ubo, so, likely, the problem caused by robots.txt file.

Dear Rose,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
If I have understood correctly, is it the robots.txt file that is blocking the access to some plugin files? Do you perhaps have any clue on how I could fix the problem?
As I said the same robots.txt was working fine prior to the theme update, I would appreciate if you could give me any advise.
Thanks in advance.
F.
