Hi, can I have some recommendations or plugin to ensure my website is mobile optimised? At the moment my mobile home page is messy with banner images all over the place. Would appreciate some guidance on this. Thank you
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us.
Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots. You can use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots.
Also, provide URL of your site.

Hi, my site is currently in staging mode so not sure how I can share this with you? Also there is no way to upload a screen shoot so can you please recommend the best way please?
Hello,
Do you work on a local host or live server? If it’s live then just provide link to staging site in Private content area and temporary Dashboard access to allow us to edit the page and fix the problem.
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates link to the image and you will just send us that link.
Regards
Hi, the website is live now. Please have a look at it on both desktop and mobile so you can see my issue. Any suggestions would be great.
Hello,
We have checked your site and I’m not sure what exactly is messy https://gyazo.com/13d0b232d6f0df72710f717288251f8c
Would you be so kind to provide screenshots and explain in more details, please, the things that you would like to change for the mobile version?

Hey
The format of the home page on the mobile is wrong. The banner images are way down below and the words go on top of them. Is there a way to design the home page separately for mobile?
Thanks
Hello,
You can use Responsive Options to change the width of columns on different devices or hide content – http://prntscr.com/osxvmv
https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/category/responsive/
Also, edit Home page > [8theme] Layout options > Breadcrumbs Style > Disable http://prntscr.com/osxu91
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Regards
