Hi. I can’t figure out how to make the mobile menu button to actually open the side menu. I click on the menu button and nothing happens.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
The issue has been fixed.
Please check mobile menu now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Can I please ask, for this “responsive theme”, how it is possible that with only using default setup, when resizing to mobile the main hamburger menu is covered by the main logo. Unusable, unclickable. Baffling. Site is underconstruction, so not available. Please check your own examples before asking for my FTP or login credentials.

Hello,
I am using the Leader theme on my site and it has “Enable Responsive Design” set to ON. When I navigate to the site using a mobile phone, I do not see the Menu icon. I only see the top-bar with the Cart widget and the logo. I am not sure what is going on, please advise!
Hello @fioriflowers,
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/theleader/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello @wordpressdev,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials as your site is under maintenance mode and we can’t view it.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
