Hello
We have the following problem with the mobile menu
– The mobile menu does not appear on pages like https://presettools.com or https://presettools.com/el/ . We need to make it appear
– The mobile menu appears in some pages like https://presettools.com/el/about/
– The mobile menu when is clicked it loading really slow, showing some empty boxes and an animated background. We need to disable the loading animation and make it load instantly once clicked
– When the mobile menu is closed the logo does not appear next to the “menu” option. It just show the MENU word with the hamburger menu. IS there a way to fix this?

Hello, @Stratos Lightform,
Thank you for your response.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
