Hi,
I am experiencing issues with the menu across mobile devices.
When you expand the menu and go to open a dropdown menu it works but you don’t get time to access the dropdown as it automatically loads the parent page. It is far too sensitive for touch navigation and simply doesn’t work if you want to display any form of drop down menu – it works great for single level navigation though!
Please feel free to take a look and for reference I have tested this across an iPhone 6, iPhone 5C and Samsung Galaxy S5
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards
Hi,
I am experiencing issues with the footer copyright and payment methods display.
I have successfully entered the desired copyright notices and have replaced the payments.png image located in wp-content>themes>royal>images>assets>payments.png but it is still displaying there and the new images isn’t displayed or where it should be. This is a rather confusing way of doing things and the documentation isn’t very clear on this either.
Please take a look for me.
Best regards
Sorry, was meant to post that as another topic!

Yeah, it doesn’t work well at all!
The way I’ve had to get around this issue is by not using drop down menus on the mobile menu.
Which works, so I’m happy 🙂

Luke
Hello,
So is your issue resolved?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi
No the issue wasn’t resolved and is still present if I use a layered navigation – but I have changed my mobile navigation, which I am happy with and it works but no it definitely wasn’t resolved and an image saying it does work isn’t useful support to anyone!
But like I said I am happy with my setup now, so all is good 🙂
Kind regards,
Luke
