Hello, the mobile menu is not displayed on the home page. When I click on a category, the desired mobile menu appears. I tried this, but it doesn’t work: Theme Options > General > Mobile Content Optimization > Off + Disable Cache Plugin.

here you can see two screenshots. In the first picture, the mobile menu is not shown. Neither above nor below.
When I click on a category, both menus (top and bottom) are displayed correctly.

We believe that the issue you are experiencing is likely due to caching settings. Deactivating the cache plugin did not help, but it is possible that the cache is stored on your server or in files that do not require the activation of a specific plugin.
We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider to clear all caches that are activated on your website. After that, please recheck the issue.
As an additional idea, we could remove the folders of minification css/js and check again, but for this we would need your FTP access (which you can provide us in the private content area). However, we suggest that you first try the steps we have outlined above.
