Mobile menu not working - by Giles - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, i can’t get the mobile menu working on mobile. I tried updating the theme and plugins but still no luck. Any ideas why this is?

I did the same updates first with our test site and it seems to work here but not on the live site so I’m a little confused.

Hi!

It is probably Looks that the problem with the Mobile menu and cart button is caused by some an additional plugin on your site. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then. Enable plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem.

thnaks but the problem is this is a live site so i can’t really do that. it seems ok on the test site, which is an exact replica so could it be something else?

Kindly check your website now menu and header cart is working absolutely fine in your website.
