Dear Forum and Support Team!
I have used Woopress for a while now and kept on ignoring an issue that is quiet a problem actualy.
In my mobile navigation on http://handmadestory.at I always have a mobile menu of the main pages which is not clickable.
I have defined a specific mobile menu in german and english, tried to add and remove it within the widget area and using the “customize” section for the theme.
Only when I move another custom menu widget above the language switcher the menu works but then I have 2 menus in there. If I remove the menu widget there is still a menu but again not clickable.
I hope you guys can help me.
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Could you please show a screenshot of the issue for better understanding?
Please specify what you want to achieve with mobile menu.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
it´s hard to make a screenshot of it as the menu appears but is not clickable.
Like I wrote already: Ony if I add another custom menu widget in the sidebar widget area the menu that is there will be clickable. But then I will have the same menu twice. If I remove the custom menu widget the one menu is still there but not clickable.
Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue with mobile menu on your site. Please remove your menu customization to see the issue you described. Also provide us with WP Dashboard credentials in private content area.
Regards,
Jack Richardson.
