Mobile page is not showing in the browser

hello
i have issue related to mobile page as it is not being shown on the browser for some reason.
it is shown normally when i try to edit the page by xstore editor and elementor, but not when browsing !
i have cleared all caches and reset a lot of settings without success

for this information.

update :
so I tried clearing the cache again and opened the page on my phone , mobile page is now working but upon opening on my pc then the pc version is not loading anymore ,instead ,mobile webpage is loaded in pc browser (exactly opposite to the previous bug I reported)
I’m not sure what is causing this . it seems the website is taking the first device as default (mobile or pc) after clearing the cache and using that as default interface !

We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.
