    Hello!
    I’ve noticed that the mobile panel on the homepage of my store isn’t functioning correctly. At the bottom right, I have a dropdown menu, and on the homepage, this button doesn’t work. It’s fine on the other pages. The same issue occurs with the hamburger button in the top left corner; it doesn’t work on the homepage either. I’ve checked the settings, and everything appears to be correct.
    Could you please assist me?

    Best Regards,
    Mateusz

    Hello, Mateusz,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hello Rose,

    Thank you for your message.
    I’ve deactivated all plugins, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Additionally, the search function in the mobile panel on the homepage isn’t working either.

    Mateusz

    Hello, Mateusz,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    We kindly request that you conduct a further examination: Save the content of the Home page as a template, then proceed to remove the sections incrementally and assess the outcome after each removal. This approach may help us identify if a specific content element is triggering the problem. The saved template will help restore page content after deleting the latest section.

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thank you for your message, I have found the cause of the non-functioning buttons in the mobile panel. The error occurred after adding a slider to the page. The cause is known to me. However, I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I do not necessarily need this slider in the mobile version, but simply hiding it did not help. Only removing it fixes the problem. So, my question is, how can I leave this slider in the desktop version and hide it in the mobile version? I remind you that RWD visibility settings are not effective. https://prnt.sc/hJC7QPuh9tcj

    Here is the page where I conducted the test: https://wilczajagoda.love/mobile-test/
    On this page, I completely removed the slider. On the homepage: https://wilczajagoda.love/
    slider is hidden in the mobile version.

    Is there any other way to solve this?

    Best Regards,
    Mateusz

    Dear Mateusz,

    1. We have conducted tests on our end and can confirm that the Elementor Slider is functioning correctly on our test site using the most recent versions of our XStore theme (v9.2.8) and ET-Core-Plugin (v5.2.8). If you are experiencing issues on your site, it is possible that they may be attributable to a conflict with a third-party plugin. We recommend reviewing your installed plugins to identify and resolve any potential conflicts.

    2. We also kindly request that you update both the XStore theme and the ET-Core-Plugin plugin to their latest versions. Should you require any assistance during the update process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Warm regards,

    Hi, I think we might have misunderstood each other. In the previous message, you asked me to gradually remove sections from the page and locate what is causing the issue with the mobile panel. It turned out that the newly added slider is the culprit. If it’s hidden in the mobile version, the problem still occurs. However, if I completely remove it, then the mobile panel works correctly.

    The solution is to remove this slider, but I want to keep it on desktop version.

    Dear Mateusz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that the JavaScript scripts are being loaded through a Content Delivery Network (CDN) or a similar method. Specifically, we are referring to the following scripts:

    – /codelio_theme/js/libs/jquery.lazyload.js
    – /codelio_theme/js/etheme-scripts.min.js
    – /my_includes/js/dist/element.min.js
    – /apps/elementor/assets/js/frontend-modules.min.js
    – [Additional scripts if any]

    To assist us in troubleshooting the JavaScript errors that have been identified, we kindly request that you temporarily disable the CDN or the method through which these scripts are being loaded. This will enable us to determine whether the errors are resolved when the scripts are not loaded in this manner.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt response.

    Hello,
    I am using the Litespeed Cache plugin on this website. There are no obstacles to disabling the plugin during testing.

    Dear Mateusz,

    We wish to inform you that we have deactivated the Litespeed Cache plugin on our end. However, we have observed that all scripts continue to be served via the Content Delivery Network (CDN).

    Would it be possible for you to assist us in temporarily disabling the CDN functionality? Your expertise in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your attention to this request.

    Hi,
    thank you for the message. I’ve logged into the quiz.cloud account and the CDN is disabled. Therefore, the website shouldn’t be loading from the CDN.

    Dear Mateusz,

    We have observed that the scripts continue to load over the Content Delivery Network (CDN), as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/eTsOT_H5igRd.

    Could you kindly advise if there is a possibility to disable this feature entirely? Alternatively, we would greatly appreciate it if you could set up a Staging/Development environment for our testing purposes.

    We look forward to your prompt response and assistance in this matter.

    Thank you for your attention to this request.

    Hi,
    I cloned the main page so you can run tests. I also created a staging environment.

    test site: https://wilczajagoda.love/homepage-duplicate-for-test/
    staging: https://wilczajagoda.love/keiiycof/adminlogowanie

    And as a reminder, completely removing this slider from the store solves the issue. However, merely hiding it in the mobile version does not solve the problem of non-functional buttons in the mobile panel. You can test this by completely removing the slider from the test page.

    Dear Mateusz,

    We’re pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new feature for the homepage slider on your website. The slider is now configured to be responsive to the device it is being viewed on. Specifically, it will be concealed when accessed via a mobile device and will remain visible on desktop displays. Additionally, the mobile panel has been tested and is functioning optimally on mobile devices.

    For your reference, the custom code modifications have been applied to the functions.php file within your child theme directory. The following is the code snippet that has been added:

    add_shortcode('n2t_home_slider', 'n2t_home_slider');
    function n2t_home_slider(){
        ob_start();
        echo do_shortcode('[block id="16126"]');
        $content = ob_get_clean();
        return wp_is_mobile() ? '' : $content;
    }

    The [block id=”16126″] is the Static Block which contains the home slider.

    We kindly request that you review the changes at your earliest convenience to ensure that everything is functioning as expected.

    Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
