    Hello Team

I have a problem as you can see in screenshot 1,
I have set the column width for mobile to 50% it shows the changes while working but on the actual device it does not reflect the changes as you can see in Screenshot 2, and it is the same for my footer section.

    Hello, Manish Singh,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference. https://postimg.cc/svvMSs6K

To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching or cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

If the issue persist afterwards, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
