Mobile Responsiveness not working on mobile phone devices

Hi,
The responsive on my android device is not working like it should. It Shows it perfect on the website mobile and tablet but not live on a mobile phone. Could someone help me with this issue

We would be grateful if you could navigate to XStore > Theme Options > General/Layout and disable the “Mobile Optimization” feature. After doing so, please clear your cache to see if this resolves the issue.

Should the problem persist, we kindly ask that you record a video demonstrating the issue on your mobile device and inform us of the browser you are utilizing.
