Please check this video about mobile experience on our site. (15 seconds)
In this video, you can see sometimes the page is turns white when scrolling, and needs more than 1 second to render back. which I think it is stuck by this theme’s scroll event handler.
Compared to other site, the page never turns white on scroll.

I know Xstore AMP plugin is to address this problem, and is essential for us. But when we try to enable this option, the mobile page renders totally incorrect (the image below), which forced us to disable this option. (Xstore AMP plugin (v.1.0.2))
We don’t want the white screen for our mobile customers. Do you have any suggestion or work-arround methods on this problem?
thanks!
Hello, 鄭竣丰
1/ What device and browser do you use?
2/ Have you tested it with other devices (friends/colleagues)?
3/ Have you encountered the same issue on other pages?
4/ Have you tested it with another activated theme (not XStore)?
5/ Have you encountered this problem while testing any of our demos https://xstore.8theme.com/#demos-content ?
We look forward to your response.
About AMP, you can read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/

1. iphone Xs, Safari
2. yes, friends
3. yes, every page
4. yes, Hello Elementor works fine
5. no.
Thank you for response and nice check steps!
about point 5, it is a good point, I checked the demo we imported
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/
It doesn’t have such problem.
So, I am confused now, what would be my next step to solve this problem
Hello, 鄭竣丰
According to the fact, it is not shown on our demos means that it is local problem on your website. We recommend that you take the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
1/ Disable extra plugins and recheck. You may leave only Elementor, WooCoomerce, XStore core.
2/ Check the issue in another browser (maybe it is related to your browser version)
3/ You may create a simple page with minimum heavy content (simple text is better) and check that page from your side. It could help to find if the issue is related to some specific Elementor widgets or if it is a global scroll issue on your website.
Kind Regards,
