Mobile search result empty and layout crashed

Hi,
Our site has come across to an issue. When we use a mobile device to search for the products wording, e.g. barbero, the shop page result show a crashed layout, it won’t display any results while we do have those products.

While we search for another wording e.g. wine, the result shows the products but the layout is crashed as well, which it won’t display 2 items per row just like the normal “shop all” page does. Can you please help to see what happened? Thank you!

Kindly note that the crash only happens when using a mobile device to search.

On the other hand, the shop filter sidebar crashed as well, and when we scroll the page, it will somehow disappear.

Issue 1: After searching the product keyword “barbero”, the result on the mobile device shows nothing.

Issue 2: Searching the same keyword “barbero” on the desktop, shows the product result. But you can see that the Shop Filter Sidebar is disappeared.

Issue 3: When we scroll the page in the Shop All page, the sidebar will sometime disappear or shifted downward, which it won’t be previously.

Issue 4: When we minimize the browser from the desktop version to the mobile version, the Shop All page will crash and there will be an overlay on the page with a close button on the top of the screen.

Issue 5: When we search keyword “wine”, the product result shows the products, but the layout is crashed, it is not displaying 2 per row on the mobile device, which if you view the Shop All page on the mobile device, it shows 2 product per row normally.

1-5 Once we disabled Themesflat Addons For Elementor plugin problems were fixed. Clear all cache and check. You can contact the support of the plugin.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
