Mobile Shop filters display at the bottom of the page instead off canvas

Hi,
congratulations for your theme! One of the best for creating an e-commerce.
I’m experiencing a problem with the shop filter after the last update (7.1).
Despite I set to display off canvas the mobile filters, they are displayed at the bottom of the page.
What could be the problem?
I have another question: how to activate your popup system? Now I’m using a 3rd party plugin but I want to use yours.

Hello,

This is a known issue and we’ll fix it in the next theme update. If you provide us with FTP access to your site we’ll be able to fix it before the official update.

Hi Olga,
thank you for the reply. I already solved that issue re-saving the settings of the shop page.
Two other questions here:
– how to display a popup?
– Is there a way to add lazy Loading with blurred image effect?

Hi,

Theme Options > Header builder > add Newsterr element into header content and change settings to achieve the desired display. Static block can be shown there. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/

Theme options > Speed Optimization > Image Loading Type. Also, Lazy loading option you can find in settings of some elements, like Products element.
