Hello,
My issue is happening on both my sites.
When a user transfers from social media IE Facebook or instagram via the link in our bio, it brings them to our mobile site. While shopping if they add items to the cart, they appear normally in the sidebar cart widget and the header Icon shows the amount in the cart.
This is where the issue starts. Once you click the cart icon(either on the sidebar widget and/or in the header), It redirects to the cart no problem. What happens is the cart turns up empty or is cleared. Like it did not registered the product addition. If you refresh or return to previous page, it will then, intern show a empty cart on the sidebar and icon.
It will continue to do this unless you go to a new product, add it to cart, then Proceed forward. The cart will display the new item and all old items added previously. This is causing a user experience issue and was confirmed on android and IOS.
Everything works fine on the mobile site if your go directly to the site or use google. Again, this issue generally happens with interfaced with facebook or instagram.

A Google drive link is attached. I could not replicate the issue with woo storefront. It is still pressing with Xstore child theme that I’m using

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access also.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

1/ We repeated your actions from the video, but do not see the problem.
You provided access to in********wned.com site, but it is another URL in the video. Please check.
2/ We can’t connect FTP. Please check it also.

the video was done on my second site. I tried to replicate it again on this site and it appears to no be creating the conflict anymore. It’s still happening on my other site. That license just expired so I don’t know if you’ll troubleshoot it or not. Again, it only happens when you go through the social link

1/ Please try to disable the cache plugin on the site, clear cache on mobile, and check how it works then.
2/ Please check if you have the same problem with the Cart page, when not our theme is activated, for example, activate Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) and do the test.
