    Hi there,

I’m having a few issues with the mobile site.

    1. The Mobile menu doesn’t show up on my mobile site.

    2. The names of the prices in the “New Products” and “Featured Products” are not displaying either. The price, add to cart button and of course name is all having issues.

Find the website in the private content.

Please try and fix ASAP we are on a very tight deadline.

    Thanks, Greenhill Timbers.

    Hello,

As I see you’ve disabled mobile menu in style.css:
    .et-menu-title { display: none; }
Also you have made a lot of customization in the child theme that might cause the issue. We recommend you to revert back to original files to check if it fixes the problem.
Also please note you don’t have to copy all codes from original style.css to the child theme, just write changes for the needed classes.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I am also having issues with my mobile navigation. All of the menu items are clumped together. I have disabled all of the plugins but that didn’t help. I also tried reverting the font back to the default font but that didn’t resolve the issue.

Would you mind taking a look at my website?

    Hello,

Have you tried to revert back all your customizations to original files?
You’ve made a lot of modifications and because of this issues might appear.

    Eva,

I would revert all of my customizations, but that would be counterproductive. This is a terrific theme with plenty of customizations, but what good are the customizations if they break the functionality of the theme?

As stated before, I have disabled all of the plugins and the menu issue still persists. With that said, I believe this issue is directly associated with the theme. Would you mind taking a deeper look at the website?

    Thank you,
    Chad

    Hi,

Yes thanks for that. Looks like I had the menu disabled for some reason. Think I was getting confused with the divs used for the menu.

There was no need for the transfer back to original files since that would be pointless. I just fiddled around with the positioning and width of the price and name label on the front page of products.

    Thanks, Greenhill Timbers.
