Mobile site not working only displaying blank screen with download option

    Hello,

    My website is not displaying on mobile. It only shows a blank screen with a download option. Can you help me fix this, please?

    1/ Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set Php version 8.0 and the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    2/ Please check to activate the XStore parent theme under (Appearance > Themes) on your site.

    3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hi,

    What is this:
    2/ Please check to activate the XStore parent theme under (Appearance > Themes) on your site.

    I see the child theme is active but what is the one to the right of it? What is that theme? When I preview it it’s not exactly formatted like my child theme.

    Hello, @Jade,

    It means We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
