When I want to open the website on my mobile device I get this error message.

Everything looks ok on my laptop browser and iPad.
Hello,
Do you have the same situation when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site?
If the problem is independent of the theme, contact your hosting provider. If the problem persists with our theme only, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Hi,
The site stopped working, I get a critical error. I received an email from Wordpres and I got a safe link to see what was wrong. Here is a screenshot

what do you suggest I need to do?
I just had a conversation with the Host Siteground and we can see the error coming from your plugin

You guys should have my Admin access and FTP access. Let me know otherwise I will provide with this info again.
Hello,
I can’t find FTP access, that’s why I asked that. I found WP Dashboard access but don’t know if it’s still valid because you have fatal error on the site. So, we need to remove XStore core plugin to be able to unblock site and log in to Dashboard for further assistance. So, provide us with working access to proceed.

ok, no problem; I will provide information to my FTP
Let me know if you need anything else to fix this problem.
Thank you,
Hello,
We can’t connect –
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
What FTP host and port can be used?
Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
Regards
Hi Rose
Strange, I just tried it and I got in.
I’m using Filezilla.
There are no blocks for other countries, for hosts you can use norliden.com
port is 21
Siteground suggested this
“probably their FTP client is not properly configured, you can ask them to use plain FTP, and have passive mode enabled, also to provide you with their IP if the issue persist, they can see it using https://www.showmemyip.com/ from their device ”
Thanks for the reply. Fixed.
Regards
Thank you for taking care of it.
Why does my mobile look different than when I look mobile version on my laptop?
It looks like a different theme for mobile.
Go to Plugins > disable XStore AMP plugin.
