Hello good time
An error that can be seen in Google Console is the mobile usability error.
What do you suggest for this?
Hello MAHDAR,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
What info can you see after clicking here – https://prnt.sc/ATDdCd0jQiv2 ?
Please read this article – https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6352293?hl=en#error-list
In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thank you for your advice
I disabled all the plugins and cleared the site cache, but the problem was not solved
Please watch the video
Hello MAHDAR,
We tested your product page from responsive and found that socials in footer area are displayed inline without wrapping → https://prnt.sc/KCFqwoMpELMJ . So it could be the reason why Google shows such warnings. We added next custom CSS to Elementor Socials widget → https://prnt.sc/yd3-2ozOz03v
selector .et-follow-buttons {
flex-wrap: wrap;
}
Could you please, clear caches and check one more time ? This fix should remove “Content wider than screen“ error. In case you still see “Clickable elements are too close to each other“, please, read this article → https://seosandwitch.com/fix-clickable-elements-too-close-together-error/ , because it depends on your content rather than theme settings.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I did it but it didn’t work
I think the purchase problem is that when we scroll, a box is displayed on the product page
Be from him
Because when we go down, it will be on social networks

Hello MAHDAR,
If you believe the issue may be due to some elements not being visible, then we have added the next custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/eBUHSku3-c6W
Please clear cache and check now.
Private Content.
