Hello,

I have the ID Store WP theme. We are having some trouble with the mobile version of the theme. Sometimes if defaults to this white screen with all of the coding showing. Then we can click to “view full screen” at the bottom of the page it turns to the correct one – good. How can we delete the other version from showing and being an option.

Thank you for getting back so quick. So no, not to remove the text, it is ok to go from mobile to full version for the clients. But we do not want the WHITE screen version to show.

The issue is caused by jetpack plugin. I’ve deactivated it and the site has started showing fine.
Now the plugin is activated.
So we recommend you to disable it or edit its configuration files as we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme.
