Mobile Version Link at Bottom of Page Option

Hello, I want people on mobile devices to be able to switch from the mobile version to full site view but on the mobile version it says “Mobile Version: Enable” but when you click on it to disable, It is still mobile. Is there anyway to configure this in the admin area so both options are available? Thank you

Have you selected all Content Types?
Navigate to Settings -> Visual Composer
Look at screenshot, please.
