HI,

We have a problem with mobile view, after we update the theme now is not load / detect correctly when it is open using mobil device, it always showing like desktop version

Please Help

Hello,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and check if you still have the problem.
Let us know the result.

Did you make changes in template files? Do you use child theme? Is there the problem if parent theme activated on site?

No, We did’t make any changes to the template, yes we are currently using child theme, but switch betwwen child and parent the result is same.

Ok it will take sometime to ask for temporary FTP access (hostname, username, password, port)., since our administrator is not available at the moment, is there anything you can check with WP Admin password first? I will try to as the FTP account ASAP

You have added HTML code in Footer Copyrights Right widget area http://prntscr.com/lzsx3w
It caused your problem. Remove the incorrect code.
