Mobile view PDF invoice not responsive with xstore E-mail Builder

Hi,

I have the following plugin installed for the invoice: “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” and I’m using the xstore E-mail builder.

The problem is that on mobile view the PDF invoice that is attached to the customers email (Pending order email), is not responsive. See: https://prnt.sc/sYGcIzCA3VZj (The top part of the invoice is behind the email layout)

With standard WooCommerce emails i don’t have this issue. Could you please fix this problem?

Hello @Farcela,

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation.

Hello Rose,

Actions in detail to see the problem:

1) After log-in go to WooCommerce –> Bestellingen(orders) and click on the first order #2233 : https://prnt.sc/E-0VvikbQNLf

2) Change the email address to address that you want receive the email: (Step 1) and choose “Bestelling in behandeling”(processing e-mail) (step 2) https://prnt.sc/1PW7-LwRcSFG.

Then click on the button “Sla bestelling op & verzend e-mail” for sending the email.

This problem occurs with all Order Status emails and not just processing.

Hello @Farcela,

Unfortunately, compatibility with this plugin wouldn’t be added.
We would recommend disabling our Elemail Builder in your case.

Ok..thanks for looking it up.

An addiotional question about Email – builder variables and merge tags. I’m trying to output the date and time of the order {order_datetime}, but it doesn’t work. See: https://prnt.sc/ksirZblL9WzH

How can I fix this?

{order_date} is working just fine
