    Hi,

    We’ve received a report from a client regarding a concerning issue with the visualization of our mobile website version when accessed through Zoom on browser. Specifically, the characters of the product names become excessively large, causing a distortion in the overall display. Please find attached a screenshot of the mobile screen with the issue. Please let us know if you require any additional information or if there are specific steps we can take on our end to assist in the resolution process.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Do you see the same problem in our demos?

    Please try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global:

    .content-product .product-title {
        font-size: 16px !important;
    }

    and check the result after that (do not forget to clear cache).

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, the provided code did not resolve the issue. Moreover, the client has shared additional images indicating that the problem extends beyond product names. Similar challenges are observed in the titles of the website, category blocks, and other elements. Please let us know if further information is required on our end.

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    1/ We kindly request that you conduct a test to evaluate the display when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated on your website.
    This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your site’s dashboard.
    Let us know the results.

    2/ Provide screenshots that you mentioned and screenshots of how it looks with Storefront activated.

    3/ Please provide a video or step-by-step guide of what should we do to be able to see the problem.

    4/ Do you see the same issue on our demos https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market ?

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
