The phone and contact email links do not show at the top of my mobile version.
Hello, Rich Kil,
Thank you for your response.
Links are not shown on mobile because they are not added into Header builder > Mobile header – https://prnt.sc/3Tp73DhuRzW_
The mobile header has a different amount of elements compared to the desktop header, it is not a bug, but a predefined behavior https://prnt.sc/GMQwAXXMP8pH Only elements that can be shown correctly on mobile are available.
We hope this information is helpful.

Is there a way I can at least put the phone icon in the header so they can call me by just tapping on the phone icon?
perhaps I can replace the compare icon with the phone icon
The phone icon does appear in my elements on the left in the mobile version but I don’t know how to add it to the connection block on the right side next to wishlist, mobile menu and cart.
Hello, Rich Kil,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Elements can be added to the connection block by moving them, like in the video (Private Content).

I don’t see the phone icon below the logo and connection block
Hello, Rich Kil,
Only these elements are available for the Mobile header – https://prnt.sc/GMQwAXXMP8pH
Where do you see the phone icon?

Is the only way a customer can call me on the mobile site by clicking my phone number at the very bottom of the website?
Hello, Rich Kil,
You can use any of these elements https://prnt.sc/GMQwAXXMP8pH , for example, via HTML block text can be shown or even static block – https://prnt.sc/JJ7EGA2NbGJs
