Guys i have put a lovely modal box on my website & it looks fab on a desktop/laptop. When i go to mobile this is where i see the errors, the modal box doesn’t work correctly & when you flick up & down it flicks the page behind & not the actual modal box in front?

Could you please have a look & this & see if there is a solution?

Click on the “more info” button to activate the modal box.

Do you know how i get support or raise a ticket?

To raise a ticket you need to have a product & to have a product you need a purchase key?

Is there any other route to get support for this product?

Thanks Jack i have requested support from the plugin vendor & he is saying the responsibility is with you guys, see comment below:

Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, the theme author is responsible for providing you the support, updates or other resources. Moreover, the purchase code of the theme, doesn’t work for other bundled plugins as they are totally independent products and independent authors.

If you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from the original authors of the plugin, you will need to buy the respective plugin and get your own license.

Look guys im just looking for support is this possible without buying the plugin?

    Hello,

Unfortunately if you want to get support from the plugin authors you have to buy the plugin directly from them. As you can see yourself the issue with modal box persists with default WordPress theme too, so the problem is related to the plugin. That’s why you need ask Ultimate VC Addons developers to investigate this issue.
Please take our apologies but the only way to get support from them you have to purchase their product.

    Thank you for understanding.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
