2/ Regarding the color settings, they can be adjusted in several locations within the theme. One such location is depicted in the screenshots you provided. Additional color settings can be found under Theme Options, specifically within the Header Builder section. For instance, you can navigate to Header Builder > Bottom Header > Background Color, and Header Builder > Main Menu to make the desired changes.
