Modifying few fields in woocommerce checkout theme

hello,
1. during checkout and at this page https://tc-safa.com/cart-2/
i see some written info about the payment https://prnt.sc/i5b7Qc-2697t
I’d like to remove them for now as I haven’t implement online payment now (maybe in the future) , can you walk me through how to do that please ?

here at the shipping details https://prnt.sc/QTtyHCkpskEL
– i want to remove the zipcode field as we don’t need it.
-I want to get rid of billing address as it’s not commonly used in our region, so to keep it simple and clean

is that possible to accomplish ?
