I moved the site from an IP address to a subdomain (both added to private content area)

On IP for staging the site looked pretty and nice.

Now loads on subdomain with SSL but font looks odd and the site looks odd like assets and style arent loading properly.

I have cloudflare setup with grey cloud, i have put into development mode and puged cache for subdomain

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, ReekoB,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand that after moving your site from an IP address to a subdomain with SSL, the fonts and overall appearance are not displaying correctly, as if assets and styles are not loading properly. We appreciate that you have already taken steps such as enabling Cloudflare’s development mode and purging the cache for the subdomain.

To assist you further, we recommend the following checks:

    1. **Clear Browser Cache** – Please try clearing your browser cache or testing the site in an incognito/private browsing window.
    2. **Check Console Errors** – Open the browser’s developer console (F12 > Console) to check for any errors related to missing assets or blocked resources.
    3. **Verify URLs** – Ensure that all assets (CSS, JS, fonts) are loading from the correct subdomain and not still pointing to the previous IP address.
    4. **Regenerate CSS Files** – If your theme or plugins have an option to regenerate CSS files, please try doing so.
    5. **Disable Cloudflare Temporarily** – Although you have set Cloudflare to development mode, you may also try temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists.
    6. **Check SSL Configuration** – Ensure that all resources are being loaded over HTTPS and there are no mixed content issues.

If the issue continues, contact the hosting provider to get assistance. Typically, hosting support teams are equipped to handle such requests, as site migration does not pertain directly to the theme itself.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
