Moving elements on website page? - by GTP

Hello,

We have added a website on the PCA.
If you look once you open the webpage, there are elements moving up and down which looks nice.

Is there anyway to replicate this on x-store?
Or would the best option be to buy the theme and just copy the block style on Elementor?
