We have been developing our site on http://www.aquainfo.org/test/ and we would like to move our site to http://www.aquainfo.nl before it goes live. We have deactivated the old domain and activated the new but it doesn’t work.

Please try to disable 3rd party plugins and then check.
Also, provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

    Regards

Please check theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ and update your server settings according to these requirements.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the long delay.
As I see, you changed theme on http://www.aquainfo.nl. Please activate xstore and we will try to solve the problem with Theme Options on your site.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

We run in to a couple of problems after moving the website. Only way to get back control was to remove the entire theme and plugins. We tried to reinstall Xstore:

    – upload theme in Zip format – no succes, gives an error
    – upload theme with FTP – upload succesful
    – setup theme gives message: thanks for activation
    – install child theme
    – hangs on installing plugins – this may take 2 minutes…..after 30 minutes aborted setup myself. Site gives Error 500, not possible to get back into admin part to change back to old theme. Had to change the theme in Myphp to regain access to the site…

I re-uploaded the theme with FTP but I am not sure what to do now?

Hi, sorry if I am being impatient but I am available today and back to work tomorrow. I need some help to install the Xstore template as I have run out of options.

The theme has already been uploaded through FTP but hangs on the plugins….

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I just don’t get it….why answer questions 5 minutes after they are posted about a simple translation and let other customers wait who cant even install after moving the website??? Maybe its me but you keep me waiting again….I feel disappointed.

    Hello,

Seems you did not upload all the files during FTP installation. Check now, please.
To install the theme via Dashboard, you need to increase max upload size to 30Mb.

    Regards

    Hello,

Increase PHP post max size. At present, it is 8MB only.
