I have 5 Xstore licenses so have rebuilt my live website on a different domain so it replicates my live store which I have completed. I can move the pages over quite easily but wanted to know the best way to move Xstore over with all of the settings so it works the same as the testing site I have.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Darren62,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

If you have questions about full site migration we would recommend contacting the hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions. Some of our customers use the Duplicator plugin.

    Kind Regards,

Sorry I don’t think I explained properly here. My site is live and I’ve moved all of the pages over so all I want to do is install Xstore on my live site and ensure all of my colours and settings are the same so it looks the same as my demo store…I don’t want to migrate as such as that means I’ve got to mess about with orders, customers, and all other kinds of settings…I just want to know how to install Xstore and keep my settings from the install on my test site.

    Hello, Darren62,

In order to transfer your theme options correctly, you will need to export and import the data. This can be accomplished through the Customizer section under Export/Import.

Additionally, as it appears you have been using Elementor as your builder, to ensure the proper transfer of colors, fonts, and sizes set within it, you should perform an export and import via the WordPress dashboard. You can find this option under Tools -> Export/Import.

However, please ensure to create a backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
