Multilingual menu not switching - by optikdesignmontreal

    Since a month or two, The multilingual menu of the following website don’t switch every time for a language to another. The site is switch but not the menu.

    Everything is up-to-date
    WooPress : 2.9.2
    Wordpress : 4.7.3
    WPML Multilingual CMS : 3.6.3
    WPML Translation Management : 2.2.7
    host : Godaddy

    Is anybody can help?

    Really strange, here’s mine :

    When I click Français or English, the site is switching but not the menu, usually the menu switch the second or third time I click.

    I tried it on several computer, Mac and PC, with Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

    My client is using a PC with explorer and it does the same thing.

    Hello,

    Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.

    This is worst then ever.

    We are testing on several computers
    Imac 1 : Safari : 10.0.2 ; Chrome 56.02924.87
    Imac 2 : Safari : 10.0.2 ; Firefox : 25.0.1
    PowerMac Safari : 10.0.3 ; Chrome 56.02924.87
    MacBook : Safari : 10.0.2 ; Chrome 56.02924.87 ; Firefox : 25.0.1
    HP laptop : Explorer ; latest version

    It’s doesn’t work on my customer’s computer nor two or three friends computer.

    Hello,

    I’ve deactivated the “Easy Appointments” and “Showcase – Visual Composer Addon” plugins you are using and now your menu is switching language without any problems in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE browsers.

    Sorry, it’s not working, I downloaded Chrome on a new machine to be sure the test was valid, Cleared the cache fro godaddy menu. Typed the address, and I got the english website with the french menu.

    I’ve re-uploaded theme files and then checked the menu in different browsers and menu switches language as it should. Please clear your browser cache and check now.

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by GoDaddy cache plugin, which is enabled for your site by default. You need to contact your hosting provider support to disable it.
