    Hi:

I’ve created a new header only for homepage.

Mobile header is a copy of other pages and is working fine.
Desktop header is different and here is the issue: Desktop Homepage is loading mobile header.

    Appreciate your assistance.

    Hello, @danny,

Thanks for using our Theme and for contacting us.

The issue could be because of the Multiple headers, you have to check on your site that if you are using the Multiple Header, you have to set the condition accordingly.
For using multiple headers Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc

Hope this will resolve your issue, and if not then Please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area, so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Note: Kindly take a complete backup of your site first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hi:

Conditions are correctly set (only homepage).
I have created a staging site where you can test whatever you need without worries.

Issue is kind of Intermittent. Even with flushed caches (browser and server)
Another problem is with translated strings, like “search” that are not being properly translated.

While you’re on the subject you can take a look at the other recent open tickets.

    Thanks.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @danny,

    1. I have set the conditions as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/3dgHq1Rd and now the header is working fine on the home page, please check this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/nsNRp8SZ

    2. That search is Custom Text and you can change it from the header builder by editing the search widget as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/yJhj4JRh

    Hi:

    1. Thanks. Emulated on production and seems ok.

    2. Yes, i know. The issue is that seems that WPML can’t find the string. Can you take a look pls?

    Thanks.

    Hello, @danny,

    1. Sound’s Good!!

    2. Add admin strings to string translator https://prnt.sc/1vpip7x Further please read this article as well from WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

    Thanks for your quick response!
I’ve already did that and all other strings are detected, except for the word “search” and “categories” on new header (on normal header, everything is correctly translated).

Even when updating strings, cleaned all caches and still the same:

    Hello @Danny,

We created Multiple headers option and added a language selector to the conditions to allow users to translate headers content to other languages.
Some header elements do not support WPML string translator, so you need to create separate headers for different languages, and write correct texts in the settings of header elements.

    Regards
