Hi,
When creating a third header to display on just 1 category page, the header doesn’t display correctly and the default header is visible instead: https://gyazo.com/2c6bd72a86421376395e19d10ed11318
When applying the third header on a regular page (accountpagina_bas), the this newly created header DOES display correctly: https://gyazo.com/62c35127c8428bad236efb1c6ce98dd6
These are the settings used for the newly created header: https://gyazo.com/b25dda3f84c437e6e02b9be9cb46ad75
I have no clue why the new header doesn’t display correctly on the specified category page, while it does work on a regular web page.
Can you please assist in getting the new header to display on the category (“leren-harnas-mannen”)?
Hello,
How does it work when the category is not empty?
Provide FTP access also, please.
Regards
Hi Rose,
I’ve added a single product to the specific category.
That said: I’ve assigned the new header to an existing category and also this category (ready-to-wear) doesn’t display the correct header.
Our developer is in charge of the hosting has provided FTP access. In private
you have access
Hello, @Bas Kling,
Thanks for the FTP login details. But your provided WordPress admin access is no more valid as you can see in this screenshot: Under Private Content Area please share the valid access in the private content area because it is also, necessary to debug the issue in order to find the cause of it.

Hello Tony,
The passwd must have been changed by your colleague, since you can easily request a passwd reset using the link. But I’ve changed it back. Pls see in Private
Hello,
There are headers with the same conditions – https://prnt.sc/6sXbupEWwawS
1/ https://prnt.sc/n0Fpz9tVyXg5
2/ https://prnt.sc/Esy_YvPz2vrY
Please reconfigure and test again

I’m sorry, but this is our view:
Header for cart: https://gyazo.com/813ad4f199e28b95ebd1c74414592eb4
Header for category page: https://gyazo.com/924c697c1b6e5f1efcf0f7efc3129920
Unfortunately, the category page still displays the default header. All of the products that come after the category page do display the altered header. The problem lies within the category page. We’ve also tried to rebuild the header. No positive result
Hello, @Bas Kling,
Thanks, I have checked your site now the settings are set to fine but still the issue appears.
You are using a very old version of the theme and its core functionality plugin on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/SYjJQJw6 also, there are a lot of third-party plugins activated on your site. in order to solve your issue please update the theme and its necessary plugins first.
1. Take a complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, and site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that…
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to XSTORE >> Plugins Installer and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Apologies, Tony, but your answer is a little stupid.
Whenever you guys tell us to ‘unplug the machine’ and do all the standard consumer stuff, you’re basically telling me: “I don’t know what the problem is, and I’m not looking into it until you’ve jumped through all the standard hoops”.
4.3.4 isn’t a ‘very old’ version. You’re implying that 4.3.4 was based on bad and outdated code, unable to support multiple headers while in fact, multiple headers have been part of the template since version 2 I think.
A plugin conflict is highly unlikely since the alternate header displays just fine on normal pages, just not on the standard woocommerce category page.
Cache has been cleared on server and client.
Please make an effort to actually dive into the problem.
Bas – I’m having serious multiple header issues too.
It’s 100% a theme issue.
I’ve raised similar -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-using-custom-header-new-products-is-showing-wrong-header/
Hello, @Bas Kling,
Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache. You have set the wrong condition, I set the correct one and it worked. See the image for a better reference under the private content area.

Hi Tony,
we checked the leren-harnas-mannen, while you changed the leren-harnas page. That was the reason for the confusion. We’ve applied the alternate header for leren-harnas-mannen now, and it seems fine indeed.
To @Niddy: to change the header for a category page, the first parameter should be “Archives” and the second parameter should be “Product category”.
Thanks to you, Tony and Rose.
Cheers
