Hello, the website was using an old version of xstore and there were problems with the multiple header conditions. (Product categories would not load in english but were only shown in the original language, thus we were not able to add necessary conditions to show the header in the secondary wpml language) I’ve taken over the project and found out that a nulled version of the theme was installed, I immediately purchased a license, updated the theme and the core. However, now I’m unable to access the multiple headers function. Nothing happens when I click on it. Actually I can’t change anything in the header builder. Can you please help me fix it?

Hello,

I checked your site and reactivated theme using your license.

I checked your multiple headers and see that you set to show custom header for both languages http://i.prntscr.com/Xm4QKiztRZ_M0iNNSvO3ww.png
If you want to show one header for TR and another one for the EN versions then create 2 headers and set the one to show for the TR only using conditions, another one for the EN using conditions.

That’s not what I asked. I want to show the same header, but as you can see, the product categories only show up in Turkish so I can’t show that header in the english version of the shop. Also, I can’t open the header customizer in Chrome, it gives an error. That’s ok as I figured it loads fine on Firefox but the other problem remains. EN conditions only load for pages, not for product categories. I need this to be fixed asap.

Hello,

Maybe you use any Chrome extensions that cause the issue with the customizer. I use Chrome and don’t see the problem with that.

1) Let’s clarify first the following: do you want to show the same header for the whole site or custom header should appear only for some pages, product categories? Because if you want to show that header for the whole site you don’t see all those conditions. You just choose Entire site http://i.prntscr.com/doDV-n_FQmWyQGSreMqzAA.png for every language.

2) I don’t see the problem to choose the English category http://i.prntscr.com/VunhM75WQFeyx5INKKhZhw.png

Thanks for the quick answer. It’s ok, I can edit it in firefox. Yes, I want to show it for certain pages so I need to set conditions. But the english categories just won’t load for me. Please see the video: https://we.tl/t-zTY5skHro6

I did, it’s actually in the video. You can see it in the 8th second. It says “no results found”.

Yes, it’s really weird. Here’s the list I need help with:

en – archives – categories – designer items (currently ”tasarım ürünler”)
en – archives – categories – jewelry (currently it’s set to “Takı(tr)”)
en – singular – in category – designer items (currently ”tasarım ürünler”)
en – singular – in category – j jewelry (currently it’s set to “Takı(tr)”)

Oh really? That would only take 10 seconds and I have to wait 2 days for it? And it is a bug on the theme and not my fault at all. That is so annoying.

Thank you, may I require your assistance again? I’m trying to edit the secondary header (Design header that you’ve changed), I”m trying to add widget1 to a connection block (as in the main header), however, when I click on “publish”, it reverts back to the main header without saving changes. Can you please check it and apply it if you can? The widget 1 should be in the same spot as in the main header.
