I recently bought a variation image plugin from woo themes and on my product variation and have a problem, once I select a variation the product changes pictures to that certain color, but I can’t scroll the next tab or button for the next picture to come within that variation image as is the case when there’s no variation. This is the link to the next tab or button I’m talking about http://cld.wthms.co/SvN5

I need help on how to resolve this?

    Hello,

Seems there is incompatibility with the variation plugin. We recommend you to add variable products as described in Woocommerce documentation:
    http://docs.woothemes.com/document/product-variations/

Sorry, but we don’t guarantee full incompatibility of 3rd-party plugins with our theme.
    Please take our apologies.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I deactivated it and got a refund on that plugin.

    I noticed another problem,

On my iPad or iPhone when viewing under safari I have noticed when I click on one of my products, and get directed to that page, the main product slider image doesn’t show up the first time, rather the two little thumbnails show up, when I click the slide arrow it then shows the main larger picture. Then when I go back and click on the same product the main large image slider does show up like how it originally should. I need the picture to be able to show up the first time people click on a product on tablet or mobile devices why is it doing this?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I’ve attached a picture of what I’m talking about on private content on a iPad tablet running safari notice how the image doesn’t show up only the thumbnails do. Then when I go back on the browser and click on same product the image does show up. That goes for all the products I’ve listed so far.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    One other note:

I’ve noticed when I have a simple product on woo commerce this does not happen, however when I have a variable product like most my products are the image does not show up on first attempt.

    Hello,

We couldn’t replicate described problem on our installations and it’s most likely caused by one of the following items. Please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue, be sure to clear your browser cache and empty the plugin cache, because you are using a cache plugin. Once you have checked them all, please reply back in the case the issue is still present. Please keep all plugins deactivated and then provide your FTP credentials so we can check it out.

    1. deactivate all plugins
    2. clear cache
    3. remove all custom CSS and check any other customizations
    4. reload original theme files

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I did some of the steps you mentioned and it didn’t really fix the problem, but what I noticed is that the plugin “Screets Live Chat” when active was causing this to happen, this plugin comes with Legenda theme so I’m not sure why this would be causing that to happen? The scripts live chat is something I’d possibly like to use so it would be nice if it would work with it. I currently have it deactivated for my images to show on a iOS device.

Please let me know if there’s any solution to this? Thank You.

    Hello,

Did you made the fourth step, where was written above? (4. reload original theme files)

No I did not, I don’t know what step 4 exactly meant as I don’t want to lose all the work I’ve done by reloading the theme files if that’s what you mean?

I welcome you guys to reload the original theme files if you can do this for me without losing the work I’ve done?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Did you make any changes in the theme files? If so they will be lost, but not your content.
Please provide us with FTP access and create a back up of the site and database. After you’ve make a back up please confirm that we can reupload original theme files.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

No I didn’t make any changes to the theme files. I created a child theme and made style changes on there which I have saved.

I created a backup. You can reupload original theme files now. Please let me know when finished.

    Thank you.

Still doing the same thing, when screets live chat plugin is activated the image doesn’t show up, when it’s deactivated it works.
