Multiple offline functions – Unable to update

Hello. I can’t update the extensions, always the 403 page is displayed, even Xstore does not update despite there being an update available. My site is extremely slow, the pages are displayed slowly and the score on GMetrix is D with 48% performance. I am trying to install a WP SUPER CACHE extension but adding extensions is no longer possible in my account. There are also several administrator users who have added themselves, I don’t know by whom and how.

As for the performance of your site, we understand how important it is to have a fast and responsive website. The slow loading times and low GMetrix score could be due to several factors, including server performance, unoptimized images, or excessive use of plugins. We suggest optimizing your images, enabling caching, and possibly using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve performance. If you are unable to install the WP SUPER CACHE extension, it may be due to the same permissions issue mentioned earlier.
