Hello. I can’t update the extensions, always the 403 page is displayed, even Xstore does not update despite there being an update available. My site is extremely slow, the pages are displayed slowly and the score on GMetrix is D with 48% performance. I am trying to install a WP SUPER CACHE extension but adding extensions is no longer possible in my account. There are also several administrator users who have added themselves, I don’t know by whom and how.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @mutta,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Regarding the issue with updating extensions and the 403 error, this could be related to server permissions or security settings. We recommend checking with your hosting provider to ensure that there are no restrictions in place that might be causing this issue. Additionally, please ensure that your WordPress installation and all plugins are up to date, as outdated software can sometimes lead to such errors.

As for the performance of your site, we understand how important it is to have a fast and responsive website. The slow loading times and low GMetrix score could be due to several factors, including server performance, unoptimized images, or excessive use of plugins. We suggest optimizing your images, enabling caching, and possibly using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve performance. If you are unable to install the WP SUPER CACHE extension, it may be due to the same permissions issue mentioned earlier.

The presence of unauthorized administrator users is a serious concern. We strongly recommend reviewing your site’s security settings and immediately removing any unknown users. It would also be advisable to change all administrator passwords and consider installing a security plugin to prevent further unauthorized access.

Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we will be happy to help.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
