Hello, Faisal Ahmed,
We understand that you have imported multiple demo versions on top of each other and are experiencing issues as a result. We recommend running the import on a fresh WordPress installation to avoid any conflicts. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/) which allows you to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please note that using this plugin will delete all the existing content, including posts, pages, custom post types, comments, media, users, and all the settings. It is important to backup your website before using this plugin. Also, please make sure to deactivate and delete all the third-party plugins that you are not using to avoid any potential conflicts.
If you still want to proceed, you can follow these steps:
1. Backup your website, including the database and all the files.
2. Deactivate and delete all the third-party plugins that you are not using.
3. Install and activate the WordPress Database Reset plugin.
4. Go to Tools > Database Reset and select the options you want to reset.
5. Click on the Reset button and wait for the process to finish.
6. Reinstall the theme and import the demo version again.
Please let us know if you have any questions or issues during the process.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
