Hello .. 8theme

Through the mailing settings, I found two options:

MWPC .. Mailchimp And MailPoet !!

what’s the difference between them?
Which one is better?
What module is my site settings configured on?

If the visitor has registered and agreed to receive mailings, where can I find his email?
