We got email after registration of our new account but it was in Spam folder http://prntscr.com/p54kx1 So, ask users to check the Spam folder and also contact your web host to resolve this, explain the problem to them and try to see if they can fix it.
If your webhost is unable to resolve the issue, and you do not want to move to another host, then you would need to install an SMTP plugin. Please jump to the last step below to learn more about installing Gmail SMTP Plugin.
