    Hello,

    How to translate My account in French? I did the translation but it was not translated

    I tried with the plugin loco translate but it is still not translated. there is no connection tab in the theme?

    Hi,

    1. Theme Options > Header builder > Account > My Account Text – http://prntscr.com/pnjxu2

    2. This text should be available in the translation of the XStore Core plugin.
    Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > Core plugin > New language and create the translation. If the translation is already created there, you need to update translation files – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.

    3. Please read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ You need to place translation files of the theme into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (your language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-fr_FR.po).

    I already did the translation with poedit, I did a second time with loco translate. Unfortunately, that is wrong. I can not translate this part into a photo: https://prnt.sc/q5rkfz

    Hello,

    Mentioned strings are related to XStore core plugin. So, you need to make sure that you translated them in Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core, and make sure tgat you pressed not just Save button for the translation but also Sync button to make translation up to date. If it doesn’t help then provide WP Dashboard access to your site. We’ll check and help you.
