Hi,
After reinstall the theme a few times, now and then I can see all items in the shop listed in My Account page for some reason.
Also, when it happened, the BILLING ADDRESS not line up with MY ADDRESS
Could you please have a look into it and let me know how to fix it? Thanks!

Please try to disable 3-d party plugins one by one and check the issue. Maybe one of the is causing this.

Thanks Brian, one of the plugins caused the problem, however, the BILLING ADDRESS still doesn’t line up with other one. Also, could you please let me know how to change the font of MY POINTS and ACCOUNT FUNDS to be the same as theme fonts? Thanks!

“Billing Address” section has other style, it’s divided into columns because on the right “Shipping Address” should be displayed. If you want to show this section you need go to Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping tab > Shipping Destination > tick “Default to shipping address”.
Otherwise php file needs to be edited.
To change font use this code in CSS block of Visual Composer editor on “My Account” page:
h2 {
font-size: 24px;
}
