Hello,
I have taken over responsibility of eskell.com (and dev.eskell.com) which is running on a child theme of Blanco. There were many updates to preform. The goal is to get everything working on the dev site with the updates and then make the updates/changes to the live site. So on our dev site I updated Word Press, all of the plugins including Woocommerce, and the Blanco theme files to the most recent versions. I’m almost done ironing out all of the issues, and css problems, but I’m stuck on the pages that are in the my account section. When I’m in the checkout page for instance I can’t add a shipping address. On the live site it is working properly but I have made none of the updates yet. Also on the My Account page The “change your password,” “edit billing address,” and “edit shipping address” links go nowhere.
I have noticed that in the Pages section of the dev site after updating everything these pages are missing: Thank You, Change Password, Lost Password, View Order, and Product Feed. Should I recreate these pages? Did I do something incorrectly or am I missing a step with updating the theme files?
Can you please help me figure this out? I greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
Thank you so much for your time!

Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials as well.
Thank you.

Sure thing. Just let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you!!
Any thoughts?
I tried recreating the http://dev.eskell.com/my-account/change-password/ and the http://dev.eskell.com/my-account/edit-address/ using the woocommerce short code but they aren’t working correctly. So it seems that just remaking the pages that are missing after the update isn’t the only step in fixing this.
Sorry to keep bothering you : ) I’ve just been trying to trouble shoot and any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello,
I’ve updated the files in the directory /dev_eskell.com/wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce/myaccount. Please check My Account page now and clear browser cache before.
Thank you.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
Okay, some of the problems have been fixed but still when you are here http://dev.eskell.com/checkout/ I’m still unable to edit the shipping address. The form doesn’t drop down when you uncheck “ship to billing address.”
I have to fix all of this on the live site too so just so I know for then, when I updated the theme files with the latest version I downloaded last week did the my account pages not update correctly? How come you had to update them, and should I just copy the Blanco files from the dev site that you just updated to the live site instead of using the ones from the theme download?
Did I need to recreate the Change Password & edit address pages, or should I scrap those?
Also one last thing, I’m getting a message in the back-end, “The Mijireh payment gateway is deprecated – It is recommended that you install the replacement Mijireh plugin from WordPress.org as soon as possible. Mijireh will be removed from WC core completely as part of a future update,” however I am unable to update the files. I’m getting this error message, “Destination folder already exists. /home/kelwhi9/dev_eskell.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mijireh-checkout/
Plugin install failed.” Could you please help me with this? Should I delete woocommerce-mijireh-checkout and try it again?
I really appreciate your help. Thank you, Eva!

Hello,
I’ve fixed the issue with Shipping address editor on the Checkout page.
Please check.
You don’t need to recreate Change Password & edit address pages.
Concerning the Woocommerce plugin you should contact Woocommerce support team.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thank you again for your time. Address change is now working.
Have a great day!
