    Hey,

    I have been running trial accounts on my site to ensure our customers have a easy shopping and checkout experience before we launch at the first of the month. But the password requirements are really difficult. I had to create almost a 10 letter with numbers and letters and symbols and it still says it was moderate strength. Where do I edit these requirements so our customers don’t leave our site because it is too difficult to create an account!?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Those requirements are related to Woocommerce. It’s configured in their files.
    We recommend you to contact their support regarding your query.

    ok great! I will contact them.

    I have a job listing plugin I am using for my site and I am trying to reformat the page…

    I have already contacted them about this, but do you know where my container file is? or content-wrapper would be located? I have search all through my files in my cpanel, but can’t seem to find it so I can add the code they provided me with.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

    Sorry, but your query is unclear. What container file do you mean? Please clarify what you need to edit.
    Thank you.

    Regards,

    It is on a separate plugin. Called “Job Listings” on the single job page, the format is full-width, but I want it to be 2/3. The developer of the app gave me the code I provided above. He also said that it can either go into the content-wrapper or the function.php file. But I am not sure where to put this code at in order to accomplish this. And I do not want to mess up the code for the rest of the site.

    Then please add the code in wp-content/themes/royal/functions.php file.

    Let us know the result.

    Hey, I have tried to get this code to work.

    I have it in the file as stated above…the only difference is that my Royal folder is not just “royal” it says “Royal_Theme-v2-8”

    Any other suggestions? Or are you able to input the code for me? I have a tried a few different options and I just can’t seem to get this done properly. I am working with the developer as well…but he is pretty much telling me the same thing you have….so I am lost. I am not sure where to go from here.

    I have included a copy of the functions.php file in private content below to see if something is wrong there.

    Hello,

    As a solution you can try this css code:

    .job-single {
        width: 1170px;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    Let us know the result.

    Hey, so I am more of a front-end editor. I have another ticket open with you, #152835. And you gave me codes for both solutions, but I am not sure exactly where to put these codes.

    Can you give me the exact file location? And where do I put them at? Am I replacing another code for this one or just adding into the file?

    Maybe your could put them in there for me? I can read and understand code, but writing and editing it is a whole other ballgame that I am not familiar with.

    Unfortunately, that didn’t work in the custom CSS.
    Any other ideas?

    Hello,

    I’ve added the code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop and width of this page https://aidacorp.com/job/23886/ is now the same as the width of default theme containter.
    Clear browser cache and check. Do you want to decrease it more?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
